Our rooms are equipped with an automated climate control system managed via home automation devices. However, a remote control is available in some rooms to allow for personalized settings management. Depending on the accommodation, the system may be integrated or replaced by a gas heating system.
To ensure maximum well-being and respect for the environment, we have set the following comfort temperatures:
- In winter: 20 °C (allowed range: 19-21 °C)
- In summer: 26 °C (allowed range: 25-27 °C)
⚠️ Important information for proper operation
The climate control systems turn off automatically if temperatures are set outside the comfort range or if doors and windows are left open. The service will resume operating only when the room parameters return within the established range. We therefore invite you to maintain the indicated temperatures to ensure your continuous comfort.
The applied settings meet optimal comfort standards and cannot be modified beyond the specified limits. Please do not contact us to request exceptions to these conditions, but do report any actual system malfunctions promptly.
