Direct Booking

  • ✔Booking: An advance payment ranging from 50% to 100% of the total booking amount is required.
  • ✔Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival by: Cash, Bank Transfer, Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal, or Satispay.
  • ✔Costs: The listed prices already include the Local Tourist Tax (€2.50 per person per day).
  • ✔Services: All listed services are included in the rate, unless a specific cost is expressly indicated.

Booking Conditions (Policy)

Reception Our property does not have a permanent reception desk. Therefore:

  • You must communicate your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance of check-in.
  • Identity documents may be requested electronically prior to arrival.
  • In some cases, it may be necessary to complete a Self Check-in procedure.
Hours Check-in: from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight)
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Cancellation All bookings are non-refundable.
Disputes Refund requests submitted after check-out will not be accepted. In the event of complaints regarding a service:

  1. The guest is required to promptly contact the staff from their room, documenting the issue encountered.
  2. The staff must be granted an estimated response and intervention time of 30 minutes on average (maximum 60 minutes) to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund proportioned to the extent of the problem will be agreed upon on-site, which shall in no case exceed the total price of the booking.
